We are recruiting at part time administrator

Mothers’ Union in the Diocese of Oxford is seeking to recruit a part-time administrator to work alongside the Membership and Communications Secretary and support our work in the diocese.

The role is for 5 hours per week, at least 3 of which should be on a Wednesday in the office in CMS House, Cowley, Oxford.  There is parking on-site.

Reporting to one of the Joint Diocesan Presidents; the administrator will maintain diocesan records, particularly about membership, and support the Joint Diocesan Presidents, Unit Coordinators and Trustees.

The successful candidate will possess good communication skills and be experienced with PC-based applications including WORD, Excel, and Access database.
